We warrant that our frames will be free from any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover paint damage or damage to consumable parts. (Consumables refer to all parts of the bicycle frame that are not made of carbon fiber.)

Should defects nevertheless occur, we will, at our discretion, remedy such defects that have occurred by carrying out repairs or by supplying new or refurbished parts. Without prejudice to statutory warranty rights, the following additional conditions shall apply to our warranty:

This warranty does not apply if the bicycle shows signs of damage or wear caused by inappropriate use or use that does not correspond to the intended purpose, i.e. different from the areas of use shown on our website for the bicycle in question.

Improper use refers in particular to:

Neglect of the product (inadequate care and maintenance) ;

Modifications to the frame (such as engraving or painting) ;

Assembly and modification by integration of additional components not suited for the standard that the frame is developed after.

Continued operation of the bicycle with misaligned, defective or worn bearings or with defective suspension elements;

Damage to the upper part of the seat tube due to not respecting the minimum insertion depth of the seat post.

In addition, our warranty does not apply if the bike shows any signs of damage or wear caused by overloading of any kind, especially falls and jumps.

Overstress occurs under the following circumstances:

Deformation of the frame: this is a result of overload and is thus a sign of improper use;

Bent or broken derailleur carrier (rear derailleur mounting point): this is a result of overloading or misalignment. This part is designed to bend or break, thus protecting the frame and derailleur from damage caused by overloading.
